ANNUAL MEETING
In accordance with the provisions of the Charter and Bylaws of FIDELITY BANK, the annual meeting of the shareholders will be held on Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at 4:00 p.m., on the 3rd floor of 353 Carondelet St. for the following purposes to witness:
1.The election of 3 directors to serve during the next 3 years.
2.To vote on any and all matters which may properly come before said meeting.
