Avoiding Foreclosure

Homeowner's experiencing difficulty in making their mortgage payments have several options to avoid foreclosure. However, sometimes despite our best efforts to help, the outcome is not what was hoped for.

Our Special Assets Department will receive your inquiry for review of the foreclosure prevention process, the department will:

  • Review and acknowledge your written request within 5 business days of receipt.
  • Provide an information packet within 15 days
  • Once the completed information packet has been returned to Special Assets, you will receive a resolution notification within 30 days, or another reasonable date in special circumstances.
