The person making the referral ("Referrer") will earn a $50 direct deposit ("Reward") for each individual referred ("Referred Person") who opens a new:

  • Fidelity Premier Checking Account
  • Fidelity On The Geaux Checking Account
  • Fidelity Easy Checking Account
  • Fidelity Student Checking Account
  • Fidelity Prime Senior Checking Account
  • Fidelity Analyze Checking Account

  • Fidelity P.O.W.E.R. Business 350 Checking Account
  • Fidelity Business 350 Checking Account

 with Fidelity Bank ("Fidelity") and completes the Program Qualifications within the time specified as outlined below.

  • The Referrer must register for the Program at the Program registration site (http://bankwithfidelity.royalreferralcenter.com).
  • Agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Electronic Communications Disclosure.
  • Share the Program offer with their friends, family or co-workers via submitting a valid email address for both the Referrer and each Referred Person via the registration site.

A Referrer may receive up to ten (10) Rewards ($500 total value) within a calendar year for eligible referrals made during that same calendar year, but only one Referrer may receive a Reward for each Referred Person who completes the requirements (the first Referrer that enters the information for a Referred Person will be the eligible Referrer). The Referred Person may only receive one Reward for opening an eligible account and completing the Program Qualifications listed below, but may also be eligible as a Referrer after becoming a Fidelity customer. There is a limit of one Reward paid per qualifying account. So, for example, in the event more than one Referred Persons open a jointly held account, one $50 Reward will be paid to the person named first within the account registration. The Referrer authorizes the sending of emails to each Referred Person regarding the Program on the Referrer's behalf. If the Referred Person's email address is in Fidelity and/or CS3 Marketing or within such email.

Returned/invalid email addresses and non-deliverable addresses are not the responsibility of Fidelity or CS3 Marketing. Due to the confidential nature of the process, Fidelity cannot disclose information on who has applied, nor will the Referrer be notified whether Fidelity approves or declines any application(s) from the Referred Person(s) you refer. However, by participating in the Program, the Referrer agrees that Fidelity and/or CS3 Marketing may disclose to the Referred Person that the Referrer is a customer of Fidelity. The Referred Person acknowledges that a Reward will be issued to the Referrer after all conditions have been met in the time frames provided. The Reward will be deposited to the Fidelity Account provided at registration or the Fidelity Account opened in conjunction with the Program. In order to participate in the Program, Referrer and the Referred Person consent to receive information calls, including but not limited to, contact by manual calling methods, prerecorded or artificial, voice messages, text messages, emails, automatic telephone dialing systems, and/or similar communications from Fidelity.

In order to be an eligible Referrer you must be a current customer of Fidelity. In order to be an eligible Referred Person you must not currently have a checking account with Fidelity or have had a checking account with Fidelity within the prior 12 months. The Program may be discontinued or changed at any time without notice. Program Qualifications: Truth-In-Savings Disclosure: Including all other eligibility requirements discussed herein, the Referred Person must meet the following eligibility requirements in order for the Referred Person and the Referrer to earn a Reward,: Complete the Program registration and, within 90 days of receiving the invitation, open a new Fidelity Premier Checking, Fidelity On The Geaux Checking, Fidelity Easy Checking, Fidelity Student Checking, Fidelity Prime Senior Checking, Fidelity Analyze Checking, Fidelity Business 150 Checking, Fidelity P.O.W.E.R. Business 350 Checking or Fidelity Business 350 Checking account with Fidelity using new money not currently held on deposit with Fidelity ("Account"). Minimum opening deposit of $50 is required; $25 for Easy Checking and Student Checking. In order for the Referred Person and the Referrer to earn a Reward, the Referred Person must complete the following within 60 days of Account opening: Enroll in Online Banking with Electronic Periodic Statements ("e-statements") for the Account; and Complete ten (10) debit card transactions (PIN or Signature) that post and clear the Account within 60 days of account opening. If qualification and eligibility requirements are met, the Referred Person will receive the Reward approximately 60 days after Account opening. As of June 19th, 2020, the Annual Percentage Yield ("APY") for the Fidelity Premier Checking account is 0.10%, and the APY for the Fidelity Prime Senior Checking account is 0.05%. Rates may change at any time. Fees may reduce earnings. Fidelity On The Geaux Checking, Fidelity Easy Checking, and Fidelity Student Checking accounts do not earn interest. A monthly fee may apply depending on account type but may be waived on some accounts if certain conditions are met (visit bankwithfidelity.com for conditions).

Other Important Information:

In order for the Referrer to receive the Reward, the Referred Person must keep the Account open for at least 60 days. When opening the Account, the Referred Person must provide the same email address used when registering with the Fidelity Bank referral program. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks, after completion of all requirements of this offer for direct deposit to occur. Each Reward amount received by the Referred Person or Referrer may be reported as income to the IRS, state, and local tax authorities if required by applicable law. Recipient is solely responsible for any federal, state, and/or local taxes. The offer cannot be combined with other checking cash bonus offers by Fidelity. If a Referred Person is eligible for more than one promotion or offer and meets all of the requirements, Fidelity will award the Referred Person the amount of the highest offer. Referred Person: To earn $50 cash via direct deposit, the Referred Person must register by following the link provided in the referral email or text, open a new Fidelity Bank personal or business checking account within 90 days after receiving the email or text offer through the official means of the program, keep the new account open and in good standing for at least 60 days, AND fulfill the following requirements within 60 days after account opening:

  • Complete the Program registration and, within 90 days of receiving the invitation, open a new Fidelity Premier Checking, Fidelity On The Geaux Checking, Fidelity Easy Checking, Fidelity Student Checking, Fidelity Prime Senior Checking, Fidelity Analyze Checking, Fidelity Business 150 Checking, or Fidelity Business 350 Checking account with Fidelity using new money not currently held on deposit with Fidelity
  • Enroll in Online Banking with Electronic Periodic Statements ("e-statements") for the Account; AND
  • Complete ten (10) debit card transactions (PIN or Signature) that post and clear the Account within 60 days of account opening.

Reward: Processing and delivery of the Reward may take an additional 4-6 weeks after all conditions have been met. The Referred Person or Business acknowledges that a Reward will be issued to the Referrer after all conditions have been met in the timeframes provided. The Reward will be direct deposited into the appropriate account.

Email Address: When opening a Fidelity Bank personal checking or business checking account, the Referred Person or Business must provide the same email address used when registering with Royal.

Other Limitations: The Reward offer is not available if the Referred Person or Business already has a Fidelity Bank checking account, and it may not be combined with other offers. This offer may end or be changed without notice.

Deposit Account Disclosures: Minimum opening deposit or direct deposit is required on all Fidelity Bank Personal and Business Checking accounts. If you choose to open an interest bearing checking account, either personal or business, the Annual Percentage Yield (APY) paid will be based on account balance and date of account opening. Fidelity Bank may change the APY at any time. Fees may reduce earnings. All deposit accounts are subject to the Fidelity Bank Deposit Agreement.

Opt out: The Referrer authorizes the sending of communications to each Referred Person or Business. The email may not be recovered if the person has "opted out" of marketing material from Fidelity Bank or Royal. Each person who registers at Royal authorizes future communications, including emails regarding the program unless they "opt out" by making an election at Royal or within such email.

Posting: Debit card purchases do not always post to your account the same day you use your card or otherwise authorize a purchase. The timing of when a purchase posts depends largely upon the merchant. "Pending" transactions are not counted. You may use Online Banking and/or Mobile Banking to track when purchases post. Purchases also include payments made using your debit card number, but not ATM transactions.

Employees of Fidelity Bank, Fidelity Financial Services or affiliates are not eligible for this program.

Customer will earn a $5 (FIVE) dollar gift card to Starbucks Coffee for every TEN (10) referrals made within the Royal Referral Center Site. Each referral must be to a unique non-customer (Name and/or email address). Social Media posts will count as 1 referral. Starbucks rewards will be delivered as a code into the Royal Referral Center Mailbox. There is a limit of 5 Starbucks® Coffee gift cards a Referrer may earn each calendar year. Starbucks® Coffee gift cards will be delivered as a code to the email address you provided at time of registration. Promotion is subject to change at any time.
