Boscoyo Baking Company is an artisan bakery that specializes in naturally leavened, whole grain breads. Their products are slowly fermented using ancient sourdough methods helping to improve digestibility and nutrient absorption. Boscoyo sources high quality, stone milled, whole grain flours from small regional farms and process their doughs by hand for a unique artisan product. Their ingredient selection and attention to craftsmanship separate our products from the market standard.

Boscoyo Baking Company is composed of two owners, Haley Smith and Chris Frazier, with a rich background in the baking industry. With over 35 years of combined experience, they have contributed to both high volume wholesale production bakeries and small scale operations focused on upscale bread and pastry retail.
