Britney Duke is proud native of Ponchatoula, Louisiana. Britney earned her bachelor’s degree (marketing) from Southeastern Louisiana University. She then continued her education at Southern University Law School, where she earned her Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, and graduated in the Top 5% of her class. Britney was admitted to the Louisiana State Bar in October of 2018. Britney has clerked for Judge Elizabeth P. Wolfe, First Circuit Court of Appeal; Judge Shelly Dick, United States District Court Judge; and the Honorable Scott M. Perrilloux, 21st Judicial District Attorney.

Britney’s legal practice has been centered around courtroom litigation, primarily in the areas of Personal Injury and Real Estate Transactions. Upon gaining experience at a prominent injury firm in Louisiana’s Capitol City, Britney brought her education and experience back home to the Northshore. In 2022, Britney established her practice, B Duke Law Firm. She also partners with True Title for all Real Estate Transactions.

What has been your biggest "win" recently? Having the team that I get to work with every day! Shout out to Stacy, Keli, and Jaden.

What advice would you give to a female entrepreneur who is just starting out? Seek God first and pray about the decisions you have to make.

What motivates you the most? Being able to speak up for those that cannot speak for themselves.

How long have you been a POWER member? One year membership!

What is your favorite part of being a POWER member? Connecting with other like-minded females in the business world.
