Zelle coming soon to the Fidelity Bank mobile app

We are excited to announce you will soon be able to send money with Zelle® directly from our Fidelity Bank app.

As a Fidelity Bank customer, you will soon be able to send and receive money with friends, family and those you know and trust directly from the Fidelity Bank app with Zelle®*. With Zelle® available in our Fidelity Bank app, there will be no need to remember additional passwords or download another app to start sending and receiving money! Look for communications from us with more information on how you can enroll and start sending money with Zelle®.

As a reminder, Fidelity Bank will never call, text, or email you and ask for your passcode, account number or SSN.

Transactions between enrolled users typically occur in minutes. Scheduled or recurring payments sent directly to your recipient’s account number (instead of an email address or mobile number) are made available by Fidelity Bank but are a separate service from Zelle® and can take 1 – 3 business days to process.
