(New Orleans, LA) – Fidelity Bank P.O.W.E.R. and Salon22 are proud to announce a strategic partnership aimed at amplifying efforts to empower professional women in the New Orleans region. This collaboration brings together two leading organizations dedicated to supporting female entrepreneurs in their personal and professional growth.

P.O.W.E.R., Fidelity Bank’s business development program designed specifically for female entrepreneurs, joins forces with Salon22, one of the first and only membership-based professional clubs and co-working space for women in New Orleans.

The missions of both P.O.W.E.R. and Salon22 align seamlessly, which allows us to broaden our collective impact and create more opportunities for professional women to thrive.” said Kati Morse LeBreton, Vice President and Director of P.O.W.E.R. at Fidelity Bank.

Through this partnership, Salon22 will extend a discounted annual membership to those in the P.O.W.E.R. program, while Fidelity Bank P.O.W.E.R. will assist in providing exclusive programming and financial empowerment initiatives to members of Salon22.

Both organizations have scheduled joint programming initiatives, all of which will be held at Salon22, located at 2407 Bienville Street in New Orleans. These programs will include skills development workshops, networking opportunities, and more. These events are free to attend for members of both Fidelity Bank P.O.W.E.R. and Salon22. Joint events scheduled for 2024 are as follows:
