2023 has been a year of growth and expansion for Fidelity Bank. The Bank has had significant loan growth in both the small business and commercial sectors. In addition, the bank launched new construction lending in 2022 and introduced a renovation product in 2023. Despite rising interest rates, performance in all of these areas has been strong and encouraging for the days ahead.

Our Metairie Road Financial Center recently underwent a project to remodel and refresh and will celebrate alongside the Jefferson Chamber with a grand re-opening on September 29, 2023. This updated branch will provide an improved banking experience for clients and guests and now has full service mortgage lenders on site.

In addition, we continue to go west! I’m excited Fidelity Bank is opening two new branches in Baton Rouge and Lafayette. The Bank’s second Baton Rouge location will be conveniently located at 6920 Bluebonnet Blvd and is scheduled to open in the fall. A grand opening in conjunction with the Baton Rouge Area Chamber is scheduled on December 1st, 2023. Fidelity Bank was also recently announced as the official bank sponsor of Baton Rouge's new hockey team, the Baton Rouge Zydeco. This sponsorship deal highlights Fidelity’s commitment to the local community.

The Bank’s Lafayette Branch has a target opening scheduled in the fall of 2024. This will be Fidelity Bank's first location in Lafayette and will provide Acadiana residents and businesses access to Fidelity's full-service community banking and mortgage services under one roof.

With renovations, new branches, over all loan growth and major community sponsorships, Fidelity Bank continues to grow its Louisiana presence and establish itself as a leading Louisiana community bank.
