Insurance Claim Requests

We are here for you. If you have experienced property damage, follow these steps to get on the road to recovery.

STEP ONE - CONTACT YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY

Your first step is to contact your insurance company and file a claim. The insurance company will send an adjuster to your property to review the damages, and provide you with a report that summarizes these damages and your coverage.

STEP TWO - VISIT A FIDELITY BANK BRANCH OR NOLA LENDING OFFICE

When you receive your insurance check you will notice it is payable to you and Fidelity Bank. Have all other parties endorse the check, and then come in to one of our locations so we can give you the information you need to move forward with your repairs. Bring a copy of your adjusters report and a current ID.

STEP THREE - START THE REPAIR PROCESS

Generally, if your property only has minor repairs and your loan is current, we will not need to oversee your repair process. Instead, we'll endorse the check to you so you can completely manage the repair process.  Once your repairs are complete, you will need to send us pictures of your repairs through our Insurance Claim Request Portal.

For significant damage or if your loan is not current, Fidelity Bank will help monitor the repairs to your property. You will recieve an initial disbursement of insurance claim proceeds to get started. You will be able to request additional funds upon 50% completion and 100% completion of your repairs by submitting a request via our Insurance Claim Request Portal.
