Fidelity’s Employee Volunteer Program, HERE FOR GOOD, supports both our vision and mission through the involvement of our team members in various community volunteer events. These events can support our corporate commitment (events supported and coordinated by Fidelity) and/or personal commitment (events supported by a team member or group of team members). Employees are given up to 12 hours of paid time off annually to volunteer and participate in these community events.
Internship Program
Being true to our company mission of #HereForGood and aligning with our Community Core Value, we give back to our community by offering a paid summer college Internship Program designed to help develop young professionals by enhancing their skills, strengthening their personal and professional character, and providing a real-world work-life experience.
