LAFAYETTE, La. (NEWS 15) — Fidelity Bank has opened its first branch in Lafayette, expanding its presence in Acadiana. This marks the bank's entry into the Hub City as part of a broader expansion throughout South Louisiana.
Jake Guidry with Fidelity Bank expressed enthusiasm about the community's support during the ribbon-cutting event.
"I was amazed by the crowd that showed up today. It was very humbling. It just shows that the community feels our impact locally, and they showed up for me and for my team, so I'm excited to get this bank open, and continue on and impact Lafayette in the greatest of ways," Guidry said.
The new branch is situated on Camellia Boulevard, across Kaliste Saloom Road from River Ranch.
